How to get Hollywood waves: Step by Step

1. Start with clean, dry hair and section away at the crown area. 
2. Curl in inch-thick sections from the root to the ends using the CLOUD NINE Curling Wand.
3. Coil each curl and pin to head to set. Continue this technique around the head.
4. Allow the curls to set, cool and then remove all pins.
5. Gently rake out the hair with your fingers.
6. Complete by brushing through with the Cloud Nine Paddle Brush.
