FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $100 to these states.
Orders under $100 will have a $12 charge for Express postage.
Standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days, and for Express Postage in most instances this is a next business delivery date service, but this is subject to location of delivery.
We work with Australia Post as our preferred courier. At times we may use a different courier service, but we will inform you about this on your order confirmation. Find out more information about Australia Post’s Express Next Day Network.

Express postage will be charged at $20 for orders to these states.
Standard delivery will take between 5-7 working days, and for Express Postage in most instances this is between 3-4 working days, but this is subject to the delivery location.

Unfortunately, we can’t split orders, so all items will be shipped together. If there’s any further delay in shipping your order, Cloud Nine will notify you by email. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your products have been dispatched.
All orders placed before 11am AEST Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. However, this is subject to change during busy trading periods.
If your order was placed after 11am, and all items are available, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order is placed, we will email you with updates.
Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on working days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes both Australian and New Zealand public holidays.
