Orders under $100 will have a $12 charge for Express postage.

Standard delivery will take between 2-5 business days, and for Express Postage in most instances this is a next business delivery date service, but this is subject to location of delivery.

Western Australia and Northern Territory

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 to these states.

Express postage will be charged at $20 for orders to these states.

New Zealand delivery charges are as follows:

• FREE Standard Postage on orders over $100.
• Orders under $100 will have a $10 charge for Standard postage.

All orders placed before 11am will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are within 7-14 business days.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes both Australian and New Zealand public holidays. We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We work hard with our courier to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

If you buy items from overseas for over NZ$1000, we collect GST and/or Duty and you must apply for a Customs Number. More details can be found on the New Zealand Customs website.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please order before the below cut off dates.

AUS - 13th December 11am
NZ (South Island) - 15th December 11am
NZ (North Island) - 18th December 11am

Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders therefore the full contents of the order will be shipped together. CLOUD NINE will update you by email should we have any further delay in getting your product to you. You will be notified once your products have been despatched and parcel tracking will be included.

All orders placed before 11am AEST Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same business day. This however is subject to change during busy trading periods. Once the order is placed we will keep you updated on timings. If your order was placed after 11am, and all items are available, your order will be dispatched next business day.
