If you want to use a CLOUD NINE product internationally, simply use a UK to EU or US plug adaptor. All our heated styling tools work at standard UK voltage (220v – 240v), which means performance can be affected in countries that use different voltage levels. To maximise your chances of styling on the go, we recommend checking your destination’s voltage before you make your trip.

What size are the Starlight Airshot's nozzles?
Included in the pack are a 60mm and a 75mm nozzle. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.
